Insurance Coverage

We currently can accept most United Health Care, Aetna, BCBS, Anthem and Cigna plans! (PPOs only). 
Most insurance companies cover lactation care, but sadly some still do not! If you would still like to book a visit but your application is denied, you will be provided with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement after the visit. Some will give partial reimbursement but nothing is guaranteed. For cash pay appointments, payment will be collected at the time of the visit. 
We are directly in network status with Anthem PPO & BCBS PPO. We cannot take HMO plans or Medicaid, but BCBSTX PPOs are typically covered. 
Some visits will require a travel/convenience fee based on various factors. These fees are not covered by insurance and will be discussed with you on an as needed basis.
