Insurance Coverage

We currently can accept most United Health Care, Aetna, Anthem and Cigna plans, some BCBS (based on specific plans).
Most insurance companies cover lactation care, but sadly some still do not! If you would still like to book a visit but your application is denied, you will be provided with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement after the visit. Some will give partial reimbursement but nothing is guaranteed. For cash pay appointments, payment will be collected at the time of the visit. 
We are directly in network status with Anthem PPO & BCBS PPO. We cannot take HMO plans or Medicaid. Most BCBSTX PPOs are typically labeled as "in network". However many BCBS plans still require a cost sharing process and might not cover your visit entirely. Patients may be responsible for payment. Please fill out the insurance verification check to get specific price quotes based on each individual plan.
